Hotel Rooms

The Casa Leticia's Studio Rooms have one single bed, but can be arranged to accommodate an additional bed, if necessary while the Superior Rooms are large enough for two single beds, or one queen-sized bed.

The Deluxe Rooms, there is a queen-sized bed while the Executive Suites are available with a king-sized bed, or two single beds, a mini sala set and a bathtub with extension phone. Both types of rooms have a balcony ideal for viewing the Davao vista.

By far the largest and most elegant of the hotel's guest rooms, the Presidential Suite has a magnificent four-corner view of the heart of Davao City plus a walk-out balcony for better look or outdoor air. Its refrigerated mini-bar boast a wide variety of liquors to choose from, an extensive bathroom with complimentary bathrobe, a sala set, and an aquarium above the headboard of the king-size bed.

Mindful of the needs for function rooms in case of seminars, conferences, meetings and even parties, the hotel have the PATRICIA and KATRINA Rooms which can accommodate 65 and 25 seats respectively. Function room facilities include modern audio-visual equipment composed of a public address/sound system, overhead projector, VHS player and others. In anticipation of the possible needs of the guests using the function rooms, a food and beverage service can be availed of plus a business center to cater to clerical and administrative concerns.
