If you mean the Ateneo de Davao University, College and Graduate School, you can add the Humberto's Hotel on the list. I just there is also Sotil Inn along the Roxas Avenue. I read from this blog that the C5 Dormitel also accepts transients and tourists for accommodation.
The Humberto's hotel used to have a website, but it's down as I write. The good thing is Davao Traveler website has featured that hotel. Here is the link:

I can't find the contact numbers of Sotil Inn and C5 Dormitel, though.
There is also another Ateneo de Davao Campus for the Grade School and High School. It's located in Matina. If you are going there, the nearest place to stay is the Residencia del Josefina, just fronting the NCCC Mall. Unfortunately, I can't find their contact number and their website is down, too.

I you can also check D' Counter hotel near Peoples Park, also a walking distance to Ateneo de Davao University, it is also cheap and have free breakfast.

I will probably stay at Humberto's for a day and then look around for some other options. My flight to Davao is on Saturday.
