Gokyo Lake trek is beginning with the spectacular mountain flight to Lukla we are rewarded with amazing mountain views. We visit Namche Bazaar, Thami and Khumjung spending valuable time acclimatizing to the altitude amidst the Himalayan peaks of Thamserku, Ama Dablam and Kangteiga, to mention just a few. If Gokyo is the ultimate destination rather than Everest then the Everest trail is followed as far as the teahouses at Kenjoma (where the trail from Khumjung joins the main trail). From here the Gokyo trail climbs up the hillside to a pass at Mong La before dropping steeply back down to the banks of the Dudh Koshi. The next two hours of trekking, through beech, rhododendron and oak forest, past waterfalls, which are often frozen, and ultimately through pine forests before breaking out above the tree line is one of the best sections of any trail in the area. Just above the trees line are the teahouses of dole, a convenient stopping place for the first night.

The following day must be very short if you are to avoid altitude problems. it only takes around for hours to reach Machherma but this is as far as most trekkers should travel that day. The valley that leads west above Manchherma is well worth an afternoon visit. it is here that the last reported sighting of a yeti was made. A yeti sighting unlikely but the valley is stunning none the less. The rocky bulk of Kyajo Ri, an unclimbed and impressive peak, dominates the head of the valley.

hello guys.
You will get your best exchange rate by using your credit card in restaurants and shops, and by using your ATM card in the cash machines in Paris (be sure your card has the “Cirrus” or “Plus” symbol on the back). There are countless cash machines, and most businesses take Visa and Master Card. Fewer take American Express, although it is taken, and even fewer take Diner’s Club, although it too is taken. A few traveler’s checks are not a bad idea, though, in case your credit card should get lost or stolen.

Be sure to inform your bank or credit card company that you will be using the card in Paris, and be sure to write your card number and the customer service phone number on a separate sheet of paper, just to be careful.

My Tho seafood noodle soup is different from Chinese noodle soup, nam vang soup, and Hue beef noodle soup, because it contains soy bean, lemon, chili, and soy sauce instead of herbs and lettuce.
Back in the 1960s, a shop in My Tho, 70 km from Ho Chi Minh City, started serving this dish using a secret recipe for the rice noodles. Ever since then, its reputation has grown to become a very well known meal in Vietnam.
It is said that the most delicious noodle soup is made with Co Cat rice, from the most famous rice growing area of My Phong village, a suburb of My Tho.
The sweet aroma of the broth comes from the meat, dried squid, and special condiments.
My Tho noodle soup is a traditional dish specific to the south.

Pick up at hotel at 8.30. Then, the van will drive you to Cau Da for a visit the Vietnam Oceanographic Institute: built in 1922 to study the diverse marine life in this area. After that, you will go to Long Son Pagoda which was founded in the late 19th Century. The entrance and roofs are decorated with mosaic dragons made of glass and ceramic tile. From the pagoda, those more energetic will have the chance to climb the 152 stone steps leading to the giant white Buddha seated on a lotus blossom. There are superb views of the whole city from the platforms around the Buddha (14 metres high), which was built in 1963. Chong Promontory: means the "Husband Rock", the name given to one of the two rocks (Husband and Wife). As a bridge to help them meet, a row of smaller rocks, stones, pebbles and corals pave the way for their reunion, this ill-fated legendary couple. Evidence of the ancient Cham civilisation of Vietnam can be seen in Nha Trang at the hill top Po Nagar Cham Towers. Built between the 7th and 12th Century and named in honour of the former Cham Princess who introduced her people to profitable weaving and wet rice cultivation techniques, it is still used as a centre for worship today. Walk across Ha Ra Bridge below to photograph the abundant fishing boats moored in the shallow Nha Trang harbour. Boats are brightly painted in blue and red - an engaging sight against a typically azure sky . The tour ends for this morning is to visit to local Dam Market one of Vietnams ' most interesting local markets. There's a colourful selection of local produce. Fruit, vegetables and seafood are the most common but you will also see dried seahorses and lizards - popular specialities of Nha Trang. After having lunch at a good Local Restaurant, then you relax yourself and soak in the mud at the Hot Spring Center.
