It is just part of the Talomo district of Davao city which is 1st congressional district. I am not sure if it is a name of a barangay or just a name of that particular place. It's a name pertaining to the intersection also of McArthur Highway and Davao-Bukidnon road. But take note Ulas is part of Davao City. You can stay on some hotels along McArthur highway.
