		<description>It is essential that the names of streets matter to the people of the said place...I think it is only proper that the  people who did something good for the the said place on a national or local level have a better reason to find their names on the street.. or at least their families or friends or the constituents .Not some outmoded conquistadors who contributed to the enslavement of the country and the death of our hero, Dr. Jose Rizal...</description>

		<description>Interesting. My only beef about renaming streets is that I feel we&#039;re stripping the place of historicity. Also, how we name our streets reflects on our biases, be they historical or culture.</description>
